2. Choose an app.
3. Choose a brand-new icon from one of the pre-installed icon packs, from your gallery, from other app icons, or from custom third-party icon packs. 4. Edit the app's new name, which can be anything. 5. To view the new shortcut icon, navigate to the desktop or home screen. 6. Add a GIF so that a fun GIF animation plays when the new app icon opens.
