The phone can be charged more quickly if electricity consumption can be decreased. For instance, the phone can be charged to 1000 mAh in an hour under normal circumstances. However, the phone may consume 300mAh in an hour if it is constantly under high load, such as when playing games, watching HD videos, or turning on the flashlight.
