The JAL app is now accessible for all flights and for both JMB and non-JMB members. Please install the JAL app to make reservations and purchases for any flight.

Display of Bookings
Your flight bookings will be shown on the main page.
Flight status will be available for flights up to the next day.
Information regarding JMB membership will be seen (if logged in).
- Bookings
You can book flights for any journey.
- Timeline
By selecting the flight details on the main page or through My Booking, you can see more comprehensive information about your travel plan in order of your booking and flight status.
The display will automatically update based on the time remaining and the number of days until departure.
- Flight Status
You can view flight status by route or flight number.
For international flights, searches are available for two days before or after.
- Flight Status Alerts and Reminders for Scheduled Flights
You can receive updates about delays and cancellations, as well as reminders for flights that are scheduled within the next 24 hours.
If you have not refreshed the latest information in the app or if you are using the app without network connectivity for an extended period, you may not receive notifications.
